How Member Repair Requests Work

1. Report The Issue

Submit the device type, brand, model, serial number, symptoms, photos, location, and prior repair history.

2. Remote Diagnosis First

ArmorTech attempts to solve or narrow the issue remotely within the member’s plan limits.

3. Dispatch If Needed

If onsite service is needed, ArmorTech coordinates the next step through direct service or an approved provider.

4. Quote Before Parts

If parts or additional labor are needed, the customer approves a final quote before the repair continues.
